Colin Looney, M.D., is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in sports medicine and hip arthroscopy. Dr. Looney earned his medical degree and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. He completed a sports medicine fellowship at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic in Vail, CO, and earned an additional Certificate of Qualification in sports medicine.

His specialties include care of the knee, hip and, and shoulder, sports medicine and general orthopaedics.

A college wrestler and football player at Washington and Lee University, Colin Looney, M.D. enjoys working with athletes of all ages and assists as a team physician for the Nashville Predators, Williamson County Schools, and Battle Ground Academy, as well as an event physician for the annual Iroquois Steeplechase.
